Nowogrodzka 31 00-511 Warszawa NIP: 9562346576 (hereinafter: the Lessor) provides short-term rental services of Perfect Stay Apartments without additional services required in hotel facilities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">3. Contact with the Lessor in all matters is possible by telephone at +48 505509513 or by e-mail.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">4. Staying in a rented apartment implies familiarity with and acceptance of the following Regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">5. Within the apartment and the entire facility in which the apartment is located, it is prohibited to conduct any trade, gambling, promotional or advertising activities without the consent of the apartment manager.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">6. The Lessor does not allow the organisation of mass meetings on the premises of the rented facility, in particular stag and hen parties and fan meetings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">9. For the purposes of these Regulations, a Guest is any person who has checked in at the facility in connection with the apartment reservation made and is staying for a specified period of time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: bold; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">II. Reservation Rules<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">1. Apartment reservations can be made by phone, email or via the website.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">2. After making a reservation, a confirmation and terms and conditions are sent to the provided e-mail address, which must be read carefully and accepted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">3. The reservation is made for a natural person, an organizational unit without legal personality or a legal person - the entity that will make the payment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">4. After making the reservation, payment must be made (by transfer to the Lessor&#039;s bank account).<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">5. Failure to pay three weeks before the first day of stay (if the reservation is made well in advance) means that the reservation will expire without the need to inform the prospective Guest. If the reservation is made less than three weeks in advance, it must be paid immediately after it is made.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">6. Making a payment constitutes acceptance of the regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">7. Only the number of people indicated in the booking may use the apartment during the stay.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">8. Exceeding the number of people in the apartment without prior notification to the Lessor will be equivalent to the cancellation of the entire reservation without the possibility of a refund of the money paid so far.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">9. Cancellation of reservation by the Guest:<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">a) Any cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible by phone at 48 505 509 513 or via the contact form.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: bold; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">III. Rules of stay<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">1. Upon receiving the keys\/code to the apartment, the Guest becomes the person materially responsible for the items put into use. Any visible damage\/faults\/shortages must be reported to the Lessor&#039;s manager within the first hour of staying on the premises of the apartment. The Guest is responsible for any noticed and unreported damage\/faults\/shortages in the equipment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">2. Particular care must be taken to close windows and doors when leaving the premises. In particular, it is prohibited in the apartment to:<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">- smoking\/taking drugs,<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">- walking in high heels,<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">- taking items that are part of the apartment\u2019s equipment out of the apartment,<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">- leaving live electrical wires and devices unattended.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: bold; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">IV. Order regulations<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">1. Persons disturbing peace and order in the apartment may be removed without the right to any compensation and without the right to a refund of the stay fee.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">2. It is prohibited to play loud music in the apartment and the facility.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">3. The hotel day lasts from 15:30 to 11:00 the following day.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">4. Night time silence is valid from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. the following day.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">5. Children and adolescents under 18 years of age are allowed to stay in the apartment only under adult supervision.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">6. Damage caused by the Guests is settled on site. If it is impossible to determine the cost of repair at the time of damage, it is permissible to make an assessment of the damage within 7 days. The Lessor may prepare a damage report, about which the Guest will be notified.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">7. The rented premises must be kept clean and tidy. Cleaning agents are available in the apartment. Any more permanent dirt or defects must be reported immediately.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">8. Pets are allowed in the apartment only after prior arrangement with the landlord.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: bold; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">V. Final provisions<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">1. Guests using the Lessor&#039;s services undertake to comply with the provisions of these Regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">2. Any complaints regarding improperly provided services should be submitted in writing to the company&#039;s registered office address. They will be reviewed within 14 days. <\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">3.
